We stand by the quality of our workmanship and want you to be completely happy with your Zenice product. If something’s not right, reach out—we’ll make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, isn’t performing as expected, or you’ve simply run into an issue, email us at zenicebaths@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to troubleshoot the problem and, if needed, exchange, or replace (if neccessary).
If a return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Please don’t send anything back without checking in with us first.
