Shipping policy

Some items on our store have fixed shipping rates and will be delivered via standard carriers such as Australia Post. In these cases, estimated delivery timelines will follow typical national shipping guidelines.

Larger items—such as ice baths and hot tubs—are made to order and often customized. Because of this, shipping for these items is calculated separately. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you directly to arrange shipping and confirm costs.

If you order multiple products, we may ship them together where possible. In these cases, we’ll work with you to adjust any shipping charges accordingly.
